Receptionist / administrative assistant (bilingual)

Human Rights Legal Support Centre

The Human Rights Legal Support Centre (HRLSC) provides free legal assistance to individuals throughout Ontario who have experienced discrimination contrary to Ontario's Human Rights Code. The HRLSC is seeking applications for a bilingual Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide reception and general clerical and administrative support services for the HRLSC. Time management, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the effective ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with diverse communities are essential requirements for this position. The successful applicant will have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and experience using a case management or data base system. Experience working in a legal office environment is a strong asset.

Second language proficiency in French, is a requirement for this position.

Full Job Description

This is a full‑time, three (3) month contract position with the possibility of extension, and is part of the OPSEU Bargaining Unit. This position will be located in Toronto. The salary range for this position starts at $37,265. The usual hours of work are 9:00 a.m. ‑ 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
