The Ottawa Citizen published a story about an Ontario judge's decision to rule the victim surcharge unconstitutional. Reporter Andrew Seymour interviewed Alexandria Black, Supervisory Duty Counsel for Legal Aid Ontario in Cobourg. Black represented the four plaintiffs in the case.
