Big Case Management (BCM) forms now easier to use
Posted on: Monday, May 6, 2013
Completing Big Case Management (BCM) budget approval requests is now easier than ever with new electronic forms.
The BCM preliminary hearing and trial opinion guideline forms have been updated to a user-friendly format allowing lawyers to easily provide required information for case-managed programs. The forms now capture more information at the initial stages of budget approvals for a faster and more streamlined process.
Submitting the request forms is easier as well. Completing the budget request form online will allow you to forward it through Legal Aid Online Portal instead of sending it by mail or fax.
The forms, available in both English and French, can be found on the Forms Library web page and on Legal Aid Online.
