Aboriginal

As part of the Aboriginal Justice Strategy, LAO has now included an Aboriginal section to inform both lawyers and clients of the rights and options available to Aboriginal clients, including in some cases Aboriginal persons court (Gladue).

MCMO

The Major Case Management Office employs experienced lawyers to provide high quality criminal defence services to legal aid clients in accordance with the legal, professional and ethical obligations required of criminal lawyers in Ontario. 


LAO LAW

LAO LAW is a department within Legal Aid Ontario providing support to lawyers representing legally aided clients. Our mandate does not permit us to answer inquires from non-lawyers.
